We’re honoring the brave heroes who keep our community safe!
Services are available, at no cost, to everyone, regardless of insurance status.Walk-in only. Patients will be seen on a first come, first served basis.

- Blood Pressure
- Screening Blood Glucose Screening
- Mental Health Screening
- Mental Health Services
- BMI Screening
- Vaccine Education
- Vision Screening
- Telehealth Referral
- Naloxone Distribution
