Sarah is a Southwest Washington-based artist and Cowlitz tribal member whose work is rooted in her heritage and the natural world. After a career in tribal fisheries, she transitioned to public art, studying Coast Salish design under renowned Native artists. Blending traditional and contemporary styles, Sarah works across mediums—from painting and printmaking to sculpture and graphic design. Passionate about cultural representation, she creates site-specific art that honors her ancestors and uplifts her community, while advocating for accessible art opportunities for all.
